Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy free admission to the sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi (which can accommodate up to 6 people) that are hosted inside both men’s and women’s changing rooms to recover after hard training sessions and experience total wellbeing. These facilities give guests the possibility to take advantage of excellent reinvigorating properties: they contribute to the elimination of toxins, which were accumulated due to insufficient rest or stress and unhealthy lifestyle, and make their skin brighter and their body fitter.

The 2 exclusive relaxation areas provided with sauna and Turkish bath which are situated both in men’s and women’s changing rooms give guests the possibility to enjoy total wellbeing while experiencing the utmost intimacy and privacy. Acqua SPA... total wellbeing
Our swimming pool gathers 12 hydromassage areas and 2 lymph drainage pathways, which are part of a dedicated programme that is aimed at toning muscles, improving blood circulation and fighting cellulite. Our spa also includes a cervical massage nozzle and dedicated water jets which are able to relieve back pain.

New Age Courses

ZEN-STRETCHING – A self-motivated intent to lengthen muscles and connective tissue for the purpose of increasing flexibility and range of motion in the human frame.

YOGA FITNESS – It teaches traditional yoga principles and techniques to provide a complete workout for the mind and body. The main benefits are: increased overall health, energy and vitality, greater body awareness, a stronger and leaner body, reduced stress and tension, improved concentration.

ZEN-FITNESS –
Relaxing music, soft lights, warm temperature and the thick scent of incense create the right atmosphere to attend these sessions. G.A.G. (Legs, Abdominal and Glutes Exercises) – Aerobic exercise is a kind of workout that intends to improve the fitness level and strengthen the heart muscle. It is the right preparatory activity before carrying out legs, abdominal and glutes exercises. Excellent results!

BODY PHILOSOPHY
– A muscular conditioning programme which is aimed at improving strength and flexibility. The principal goal is the ability to improve physical skills while focusing on the exercise quality.

TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT – This total body training workout targets all major muscle groups and includes everything from straight set workouts to circuit training. The circuit is cardio based, but still works all major muscle groups in the body. Courses for everyone

These courses are dedicated to both men and women who want to make the most of their training. Our Oasi courses are the ideal fitness programmes for both men and women who are interested in combining water gym with the fitness activities offered by Steven Sporting Centre. To take part in these courses, people just only have to book them few hours before they start.

Oasi courses are open to the general public: you just only have to book your class according to your commitments and timetables.
People will have the possibility to experience total wellbeing while taking part in relaxing water activities and enjoying soft lights and good music. Let yourselves be pampered by water!

H2O... Women-only courses
The only fitness centre which includes a swimming pool for women only in Italy! It arranges more than 30 women-only courses per week. Choose a course, book it and let yourselves be pampered by a twice-weekly appointment of pure wellbeing. Special toning and slimming courses for those who haven’t exercised for a lot of time and those interested in making the most of a targeted water fitness programme.
H2O is a special programme which is aimed at those interested in performing water activities and exercises, and does not include traditional fitness courses and the use of isotonic machines and cardio equipment.
